When Tiredness visits and there is just so much going on that we don't feel like doing anything.
Have you ever felt this way?
I definitely have felt like this many times.
I looked up the definition of tiredness and it means; The state of wishing for sleep or rest; weariness.
This is what Jesus says:
''Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.'' (Matthiew 11:28)
God knows that there are things that happen in our lives that emotionally put us down and robes our strength away.
Giving up many times seems to be the most easiest option. The solution of the weak is quiting, but the solution of the brave is to persevere until the end.
But I have great news, we wont be doing this alone!
“God is with you – wherever you may go and no matter what life brings.” (Josuah 1:9)
When you get to know God through a relationship with Him, you learn to trust, there is power in having faith, there is power in His promises. Scripture comes alive when we remind God of His promises in prayer.
''For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world- our faith'' (1 Jhon 5:4)
''The LORD replied, "My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest." (Exodus 33:14)
When I learned to speak Faith through prayer using scripture I started to see more effectively the fruits of prayer and not only in my own life but in the life of those that I pray for.
Prayer: Father I recognize that I'm tired, but today I make the decision of laying it all down at your feet. Please Jesus be my everything, don't ever leave me or forsake me as you promised through your word. I receive your rest and in that place of rest I receive new strength in Jesus name.
