One of the thing that I remember when looking back to my childhood is when my Dad read Bible bedtime stories to me and my younger brother, we used to love it, and when we visited family in DR my home country, how my uncle tuck us to church and we enjoyed kids Bible studies, we learned, songs, and how to pray.
This helped me to have an amazing experience with God that marked my young life when I was around 8/9 years old, I remember Being very sick in bed with a very high fever, my mother had wrapped me up with many blankets in bed to help sweat the fever out. I started remembering christian songs that I had learned before, and as I was signing to the Lord, I started to feel worm and the pain leaving my throat, head and body. I jumped out of bed and ran to my mother shouting ''Mom!!, Jesus healed me!! Jesus healed me!!
''Train a child in the way he should go,and when he is old he will not turn from it.'' (Proverbs 22:6)
I forgot about that time for a long season of my life, but when I accepted Jesus as my Lord and savior, in my twenties, The Lord reminded me these thing, so I could know He always had a plan for me and trough me. If you are reading this that means that He has a great plan for you too!
Prayer: Father help us to be instruments of blessing for the young generation, help us to guide children to talk to you in prayer and know you more.
