Exploring the holy texts

When I started exploring the Bible I was confused by it's meanings, but heard that I should pray for the interpretation to be revealed to me, and so I did, I began to understand the scriptures, it was like they became alive!

I started to feel a need for reading more and more of the great stories, discovering so much about great men and women of faith, I learned that they were humans as you and I but they just determent there lives to persevere in him knowing there is a greater reward for those that walk in Him.

Sometimes when I feel I'm busy doing things and it's hard to sit down to read, I pull out my phone and hit play to the Bible audio option from my app, and it helps me to feel connected even when busy doing things.

The Bible is our spiritual meal that nourishes us to grow in wisdom, grace, faith and favor.

''Give me understanding,and I will keep your law and obey it with my heart. Direct me in the path of your commands, for there I find Delight.( Psalm 119:34-35)

God gives understanding to all those that ask him, if he did it for me he will do it for you!

''Do not let this book of the law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. (Joshua 1:8)

Prayer: Lord help me to be constant in exploring the holy texts, as they continue transforming me in becoming what you destined me to be.
