I remember listening to a sermon years ago. There are just specific statements from an entire message that penetrates our soul, one word, one statement, God knows what exactly it is that we need to shake our current state and make us rise and shine as we are called to do every day.
The word was, float (doesn't make sense, does it? let's keep reading)
Are your burdens heavy?
Are your problems great?
Is the load to heavy to bare?
You just think you will not make it this time?
You just have no idea how you will get out your current situation?
One word, are you ready?
(I have felt this way in different times of my life)
Float!
yes, float.
Meaning that you will give your situation, big or small to Him, so that your weight is totally light, and makes you float in the peace that surpases all understanding.
That's the great promise for you and me!
Oh, I love this, it makes me excited!
Remember that Faith is nonsense for those that are living in the darkness of the world, but for those that have said yes to Jesus, giving him total control of the wheels of our lives it's power of God, it's hope, joy, favor, guidance, care, protection, love.
Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken. (Psalm 55:22)
''Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.'' (Matthew 11:28)
but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. (Isaiah 40:31)
Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5: 6-7)
Hallelujah!!!!
I just want to jump up and down of joy, because our father loves us!!!!
He loves me, he loves you!!!
What a special care, so much love, it's just amazing.
He cares and wants to take your load.
Let's pray:
Dear Father, thank you so much for your care over me, forgive the times that I forgot how you want to be part of my every day, and willing to take care of my every situation. I give my day totally to you, I give my situations, plans, family, my present and my future to you. It's all in your hand now, and I take that peace that surpases all understanding. At this moment I DECIDE TO FLOAT. Thank you because now it's in your hands not mine, In Jesus name.
