Walking the path of righteousness

It's amazing to me when I think about righteousness, I mean wow! let's think about it together, when I read in the scriptures '' I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation, and covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.'' (Isaiah 61:10)

What a wonderful truth, he loves us in a way beyond our imagination that He came to rescue us from our sinful nature and now through Jesus Christ we are redeemed, we are called his own, sons and daughter's of the God of righteousness, clothed with salvation. ''and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness. Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to his neighbor for we are all members of one body.'' ( Ephesians 4:24-25)

Meaning that great and wonderful path that we are called to walk every day requires us to walk in truth renewing our minds in the spirit (reading the bible renews our minds), and if we sin we just come to the throne of grace through prayer just confess our sins and ask for his strength because we are made strong through him, and made victorious over any circumstance through our great Lord and savior. ''My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have one who speaks to the father on our defense, Jesus Christ, the Righteous one. (1 John 2:1)

Hallelujah!

Prayer: Lord please help me to walk the path of righteousness, knowing that you are with me every step of the way, and if I fall I know that you will lift me up again, and that you wont ever let go.
